Announcements

Ellen Byrne Presented NARM at the USABP National Conference
NARM Lead Training Assistant Ellen Byrne’s presentation on NARM at the USABP Conference in Santa Barbara in early November was very well received at the conference!  There was a full room with people standing in the hallway taking notes.

NARM Trainer Stefanie Klein was visited at our booth by a number of people who expressed their gratitude forDr. Heller’s book, Healing Developmental Trauma. All in all, there continues to be lots of excitement about NARM.

Plus…

  • Larry is busy working on his next book, focusing on Shame and Guilt.  It is targeted to be published in 2019. Additionally, we have several other exciting book projects including a NARM Clinical Handbook that will support clinicians in integrating NARM more effectively into their practice.
  • Our first research article on NARM is getting closer to being completed, and once it’s finished we will actively seek publishing.  We are so excited and proud of this first step in building a large volume of NARM research.
  • Our NARM Inner Circle online program continues to be a big success!  We have several hundred people from all around the world, including all over Australia, Asia, Europe and North America.  We are very dedicated to making this work more accessible.  Keep an eye out for new online programs launching next year.
  • We are bringing our first training to Florida in just over 2 weeks https://bocaratontraining.securechkout.com/ .  We are being hosted by Family First Adolescent Services who specialize in addressing the interplay of complex trauma and substance abuse.  With greater awareness of the overlap between substance abuse and unresolved complex trauma, NARM is being sought out at other treatment facilities around North America.  Look out for other new trainings coming next year in Arizona, California, Illinois, Texas and Washington, and even more in 2020.
  • If you are interested in bringing a NARM presentation or training to your community, please be in touch with us at: admin@narmtraining.com
  • Thanks to all that you’re doing in the world to treat unresolved trauma!

We have been touched by all the positive feedback for our new online program, the NARM Inner Circle!  Our intention is to find ways to make NARM more accessible, to get it out into communities and populations where we don’t have trainings, and to provide ongoing, self-paced learning opportunities to integrate this powerful model for addressing complex trauma.

When you sign up for our annual membership you will also receive recordings of all the previous webinars, the demo sessions with clinically annotated transcripts, and access to our private facebook forum for international NARM Therapists and Students to continue connecting around NARM.

Our next live webinar is December 19th.  Join us in the Inner Circle to take your learning of NARM to the next level! Now is a great time to join our NARM Inner Circle…
